What are we doing<\/h2>\n\n

Our company provides comprehensive communications services with a focus on professional radio communication systems and solutions. In this context, we provide all services from design, through specialized development, system integration, production, installation and long-term service of delivered systems. Our parent company is A\u017dD Praha, sro<\/a> , an important market for our products and services is the railway. In the field of trade, we are a partner of several major foreign companies, the most important of which is Hytera<\/a> , which is the world’s second largest manufacturer of professional communications technology.<\/p>\n\n

From the history of the company<\/h2>\n\n

\n\nOur company DCom, spol. s r. O. was founded in 1994. The main idea of the founders was to develop interesting products in the field of wireless digital communications, voice and data transmission and remote control. \n\n<\/p>\n\n

The company’s first products included the MC12 and MC13<\/a> radio telemetry units, which enable remote control of technologies via independent professional radio networks. Thanks to their technical sophistication, the units quickly found application in the management of large energy and water distribution networks. <\/p>\n\n

Based on them, we have created our own comprehensive solutions, such as the early warning system against floods for the Klodzko region<\/a> in Poland.<\/p>\n\n

Thanks to the technical erudition of our employees, the company won interesting orders in the field of custom development of high-frequency and microwave technology. Microwave amplifiers for the needs of the army and aviation have been developed in our company. Based on customer requirements, we develop special measuring technology<\/a> and cooperate with laboratories and research institutes.<\/p>\n\n

In addition to data transmissions, our company has always implemented voice radio networks. Our esteemed customers have been and are, for example, fire brigades since the founding of our company. After the year 2000, our company was looking for a solution for the modern use of outdated technology of traditional voice radio networks. At that time, we developed a unique RadioVoice<\/a> dispatching solution using voice transmission technology over VoIP radio networks in the area of voice radio networks. Based on this solution, it is possible to control large voice radio networks from dispatching workplaces located anywhere in the world. Further development resulted in a comprehensive solution that allows dispatchers at a single TOP<\/a> touch control workplace to combine various means of communication, including telephones, radios, various radio networks and specialized communication systems. The solution also includes means for recording all communication and automated remote monitoring of individual system components. RadioVoice allows connection to systems from other manufacturers. Our technology has been most used on the railways.<\/p>\n\n

Antennas<\/a> and passive antenna elements are our traditional production item, which is closely related to wireless communications. In this area, we have a wide portfolio of our own quality antennas that work reliably even in demanding environments. At the same time, we are able to design a customized antenna system to meet the specific requirements of his project.<\/p>\n\n

In 2006, we began working with Hyt, now called Hytera<\/a> . Hytera is the second largest and fastest growing manufacturer of professional communications technology in the world. It offers end terminals, radio network infrastructure and comprehensive solutions for all major communications standards in the world, including DMR<\/a> , TETRA and LTE technologies. DCom has been a distributor of the Hytera brand for the Czech and Slovak Republics since 2006 and we also provide service and technical support.<\/p>\n\n

In 2008, the company A\u017dD Praha, sro<\/a> , which is the majority owner in our company, joined our company. A\u017dD Praha is the largest manufacturer of security technology for railways in the Czech Republic. DCom is a key partner in the field of communication technology for A\u017dD. Based on its requirements, we are constantly developing our products. <\/p>\n\n

Our goal is customer satisfaction<\/h2>\n\n

DCom is constantly striving for the high quality of its products and services. An integrated management system<\/a> also plays an important role in our efforts. Our company has implemented a certified management system according to \u010cSN EN ISO 9001: 2016, as well as an environmental management system according to \u010cSN EN ISO 14001: 2016 and an occupational health management system 18001: 2008.<\/p>\n\n

Our company is very much based on its reputation and strives to be a reliable partner for its suppliers and especially customers. The management of our company is regularly verified by an independent auditor and his reports are published. Our efforts have also been rewarded for several years in a row with the prestigious AAA international rating<\/a> . <\/p>\n\n
